Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by Minakshi Nextech ("Company", "we", "us"). By using our services you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide web development, mobile application development, UI/UX design, cloud, AI and related consulting services. Specific scope, deliverables and pricing are defined in individual statements of work (SOW).
2. Engagement
All engagements require a signed proposal or SOW. Work commences upon receipt of the agreed advance payment.
3. Payments
Invoices are payable in the currency stated, within the timeframe specified in the SOW (typically 14 days). Late payments may incur interest and pause delivery.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the custom deliverables produced under the SOW, excluding pre-existing tools, libraries and frameworks owned by Minakshi Nextech or third parties, which are licensed for use within the deliverable.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information disclosed during the engagement strictly confidential and to use it solely for the purpose of the engagement.
6. Warranties & Liability
Services are provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days written notice. Fees for work completed up to termination remain due.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for unlawful purposes, to infringe third-party rights or to disrupt the security or integrity of our systems.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
