Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines refund and cancellation conditions for services provided by Minakshi Nextech.

1. Project-Based Engagements

  • Advance payments (typically 30–50% of project value) are non-refundable once design or development work has commenced.
  • If the client cancels mid-project, fees for completed work and any non-recoverable third-party costs (licenses, hosting, etc.) are payable.
  • Any unused balance from milestone payments may be refunded at our discretion.

2. Retainer & Subscription Services

  • Retainer agreements may be cancelled with 14 days written notice; fees for the current billing cycle are non-refundable.
  • Unused hours within a retainer do not carry over and are not refundable.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in cases where:

  • Services were not delivered as agreed in the SOW due to our fault.
  • A duplicate payment was made due to a technical error.

4. Refund Process

Eligible refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days to the original payment method. Bank or gateway charges may apply.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Domain registrations and renewals
  • Third-party software licenses, subscriptions and hosting
  • Delivered deliverables that have been approved by the client
